SCHOOLS WRAP: Monday, April 2 marked the final day of the St Stithians College festival, the 35th Saints Sports Festival.

Over 1 200 participants in over 100 teams completed a total of 259 fixtures over four exciting sporting days.

The final eight rugby fixtures involved some large score margins and confirmed an unbeaten run at the festival for the three Cape Town schools. Rondebosch, Bishops, and SACS all travel home unbeaten at the Festival.

Saints produced a polished performance against a gutsy Clifton side. The forwards and backs combined very well resulting in Saints scoring five well-crafted tries for a  39-5 win over Clifton.

The game between Kingswood and SACS was largely a stop-start affair, with both teams committing a few handling errors. SACS had three clear overlaps but through poor decision-making, they failed to convert their chances.
