SCHOOLS RANKINGS: The unpredictable nature of schools matches has once again got us scratching our heads as to what reward would justify the past weekend's results.

We have given more weight to the victories over Top 20 teams, which means that St Andrew's - thanks to their 41-36 victory over Grey High - sees them join the main group.

The other massive shock occurred in Durban where Westville claimed a massive 25-24 victory over the high-flying DHS.

Monument (previously ranked third) has been bumped up one spot into second after maintaining their stranglehold over Glenwood (previously ranked 10th).

The big winners this week are Helpmekaar and Waterkloof, who have each moved up four places after their victories over Garsfontein and Affies, respectively.

Relevant results:

Paarl Boys High v Oakdale, 36-31
Monument v Glenwood, 30-19
Paarl Gim v Bishops, 44-24
SACS v Durbanville, 100-0
KES v St Benedicts, 18-10
Helpmekaar v Garsfontein, 28-27
Waterkloof v Affies, 24-15
Westville v DHS, 25-24
