Mixed bag for Bulls

Bulls team doctor Herman Rossouw confirmed that flank Jannes Kirsten injured his AC (shoulder) joint in the 19-26 loss to the Sharks at the weekend.

Kirsten will be sidelined for at east two weeks, but according to Rossouw it could be up to three weeks that he spends on the sidelines.

The good news is that prop John-Roy Jenkinson has made full recovery from bicep surgery he had earlier this year and has returned to training.

Neethling Fouché has also made a return to training after recovering from a fractured hand.

Centre Jade Stiglingh is making steady progress with his recovery from an ankle injury, but remains unlikely to return to action before the start of the play-offs.

Second row Jason Jenkins should be back in action in two weeks time.

Utility back Daniel Kriel will be out for the rest of season after undergoing surgery for a shoulder injury.
