Diamond building his rap sheet
IN THE SPOTLIGHT: Sale Sharks Director of Rugby Steve Diamond's rowdy reaction after the 6-10 defeat to Exeter Chiefs landed the coach a date with the disciplinary panel.
Diamond has been charged with conduct prejudicial to the interests of the game contrary.
The coach is charge with "allegedly failed to respect the authority of the match referee, Craig Maxwell-Keys," during the post-match interview via BT Sport on October 26

"The ref was making the decision up," Diamond said.
"When you get somebody who's weak-minded, those decisions tend to go to what is perceived to be the better team,"
This is not the first time, the coach had to face the disciplinary panel.
In 2011, he was given a 12-week ban after pushing Northampton Saints performance director Nick Johnston.
While in 2012, the coach was banned for 18-weeks for abusing match officials, and in February 2017 he was handed a six-week touchline ban for a similar offence.
Diamond’s hearing will take place in Chester on Thursday, November 16.
