Trio cited for foul play

Cane is alleged to have contravened Law 10.4 (e) Dangerous Tackling, when he made contact with the Jaguares' Nahuel Chaparro at a tackle contest during his team;s 30-26 win over the Jaguares at Velez Sarsfield in Buenos Aires.

Upon further review of the match footage, the Citing Commissioner deemed in his opinion the incident had met the red card threshold for foul play.

Bond is alleged to have contravened Law 10.4 (h) A player must not charge into a ruck or maul. Charging includes any contact made without use of the arms, or without grasping a player. Bond is alleged to have charged into a ruck and made contact with the head of a Rebels player during the match between the Sunwolves and Rebels at Prince Chichibu Memorial Stadium, Tokyo on Saturday

Mann-Rea is alleged to have contravened Law 10.4 (a) Punching or striking in an incident that occurred in the 63rd minute during his team's 11-31 loss to the Stormers. 

Mann-Rea received a red card for the incident.

The citings is to be considered in the first instance by SANZAAR Duty Judicial Officer Chris Morris.

All SANZAAR disciplinary matters are in the first instance referred to a Duty Judicial Officer hearing to provide the option of expediting the judicial process.
