IN THE SPOTLIGHT: The Melbourne Rebels, led by new Head Coach Dave Wessels, has undergone a serious revitalisation with a refresh of the club’s rugby department and playing squad, including the recent recruitment of Wallabies vice-captain Will Genia and Adam Coleman.

Under the new catchphrase "Never Back Down", a strategic rugby plan was introduced to Melbourne Rebels' supporters.

With crowd detriating, the fracgise's new plan will try to complement the renewed off-field vision to establish unprecedented community engagement and accessibility for the Victorian rugby family.

"The Rebels will provide unrivalled access to home games in 2018 after the Melbourne side slashed the entry-level Blue Rebel Army membership and general admission ticket prices by 40 percent," the statement released by the club read.

"The drop in ticket pricing is to ensure all Victorians have the opportunity to support the Rebels next season,"
