CONFIRMED: Challenge Cup Round of 16 fixtures

NEWS: NEWS: Following the dramatic conclusion of the pool stage, only 12 teams have survived with newcomers Lions and Cheetahs booking spots in the Round of 16, respectively.

The six highest-ranked clubs in each pool have secured their places in the Round of 16 which will be played on the weekend of 31 March 31 to April 1/2.

The 12 clubs are joined by Lyon, Racing 92, ASM Clermont Auvergne and Sale Sharks, who have qualified dropped down from the Champions Cup.

The Cheetahs will travel to France to face Toulon, while the Lions,  after their win over the Dragons, will host Racing 92 at Ellis Park in Johannesburg.

2 Glasgow Warriors v Dragons
3 Cardiff Rugby v Sale Sharks
4 Bristol Bears v Clermont
5 Stade Francais Paris v Lyon

7 Benetton  v Connacht
8 Scarlets v Brive

NB The four highest-ranked clubs from each of the EPCR Challenge Cup pools have home advantage.

Quarterfinals – April 7/8/9
QF 1: Winner 1 v Winner 5
QF 2: Winner 7 v Winner 3
QF 3: Winner 2 v Winner 6
QF 4: Winner 8 v Winner 4

NB The highest-ranked clubs from the pool stage will have home advantage.

Semifinals – April 28/29/30
SF 1: winner QF 1 v winner QF 2
SF 2: winner QF 3 v winner QF 4

NB The matches will be played in Europe and the highest-ranked clubs from the pool stage will have home venue advantage.
