Double injury blow for Wales
Scarlets' flank Aaron Shingler and uncapped Dragons wing Ashton Hewitt will miss the tour due to injuries.
Shingler's impeccable season came to an abrupt end when he was forced to limp off the field during Scarlets' 32-40 defeat to Leinster.
The severity of Singler's injury is unknown however the requirement of further assessment will prevent him from touring.
Cardiff Blues loose forward Josh Turnbull, who can also play lock, has been called into the squad ahead of their flight to Washington.

While wing Hewitt will miss the three-Test tour due to a shoulder injury he sustained in training during last week.
Hewit had been called up in place of Josh Adams after the Worcester wing was precluded due to Premier Rugby release restrictions.
Wales coach Warren Gatland has opted not to call in a replacement for him.
Wales take on South Africa in Washington on June 2 in Washington, followed by two Test matches against Argentina.
