Rassie explains when the best is NOT the best
WATCH as South Africa’s Director of Rugby Rassie Erasmus gives some more insights into his ‘coaching motto’.
He reveals why selecting the best players is not necessarily in the best interest of the team.
Erasmus places a heavy emphasis on ownership and selecting the right players for winning.
He also speaks about doing the right thing, because it is the right thing.
He said there is no need to tell the world, through social media, what a good person you are.

Opinion ( Its not always easy to do the “right” thing, but is much tougher not to tell anybody you did it) pic.twitter.com/FkD7XzNIx5
