VIDEO: Kolisi talks transformation

Siya Kolisi may be the first black player to captain the Springboks, but he has some strong views on ‘quotas’ and transformation.

In an interview with Kyodo News during a visit to Tokyo in December, Kolisi suggested former president Nelson Mandela would have supported the quota (or targets) system. He made it clear that transformation should start in grassroots in the townships.
