6N, Week 4, Part 1

Stats

In the third week of the Six Nations, there was France's massive victory over England in Paris, one of record proportions. Ireland beat the dogged Scots in the Dublin wet and Wales managed a draw against Italy in Cardiff though the Italians had the better of the second half.

We have already discussed the Italian try when Ezio Galon seemed in danger of forgetting that the dead-ball line was not a part of the in-goal area.

Cards

There were no cards this round, though Lee Byrne of Wales may just have been lucky to escape one for his tackle on Mirco Bergamasco.
