WATCH Springboks duo Steven Kitshoff and Bongi Mbonambi share their scrummaging expertise with the South Africa Women side.
The World Cup winners visited the Springbok Women training camp as they continue their preparation for the World Cup, which will be held in Auckland and Whangarei from 18 September to 16 October.
The Springbok Women will face France at Eden Park on Saturday, September 18, at 04.15 (SA time), England on Thursday, September 23, at 09.15 at the Northland Events Centre in Whangarei, and Fiji on Tuesday, September 28, at the Waitakere Stadium in Auckland at 05.45 in their Pool C match.
