Bands' best XV

Springbok and Blue Bulls prop Richard Bands, known for arguably the best Test try ever scored by a prop forward, chose the best local and international players he has played with and against. He made the selection in the latest edition of the Rugby News/Rugby Nuus magazines We publish it here with kind permission of the magazines.

Former England captain Lawrence Dallaglio – one of the most feared and respected competitors in world rugby – provided the alto backing vocals for one of Tina Turner's greatest hits.
