Wasps fullback Le Roux, along with Bath loose forward Francois Louw, will return to the UK and are available for selection for this weekend’s Premiership matches.

Le Roux’s released stems from the agreement between the Springboks and Wasps, which stated that the fullback will play just three Rugby Championship matches and one Test in November.

The other eight players, who have been released for Currie Cup and provincial duty, are Ross Cronje (Lions), Marco van Staden (Blue Bulls), Embrose Papier (Blue Bulls), Thomas du Toit (Sharks), Wilco Louw (Western Province), Bongi Mbonambi (Western Province), Sikhumbuzo Notshe (Western Province) and Damian Willemse (Western Province).

The Springboks will face the Wallabies in Port Elizabeth on September 29, followed by a battle against the All Blacks in Pretoria on October 6.
