Paige gets his shot against Bulls

TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT: Scrumhalf Rudy Paige and flyhalf Tian Schoeman will both make their Currie Cup debuts for the Free State Cheetahs against their former team the Blue Bulls in Bloemfontein.

The duo are just two of many new faces the Cheetahs squad this season.

Schoeman represented the Blue Bulls between 2013 and 2017, while Paige played for the Pretoria outfit between 2012 and 2017 before he was deemed surplus to requirements ahead of the Bulls 2018 Super Rugby campaign.

Replacement hooker Jacques du Toit will be playing in his 50th match for the Free State Cheetahs when he sets foot to the field.

Teboho Mohoje will captain the team.
