The International Rugby Board (IRB's) Under-21 World Championship is taking place in France in June. Twelve teams will take part, with the reigning champions, South Africa, seeded top.

The teams taking part are: Argentina, Australia, England, France, Georgia, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Scotland, South Africa, Wales and a qualifier from Oceania yet to be determined.
