According to a report from Netwerk24, Stormers assistant coach Paul Treu stormed out of a season review meeting this week.

It is believed that Treu was upset about being mistreated and that he did not have a good relationship with fellow assistant coach Paul Feeney.

According to the report, Treu did not turn up for work on Thursday and was absent for the rest of the review process.

The Stormers endured a torrid 2018 Super Rugby season winning just six of their sixteen matches and finishing 11th in the overall standings.

They finished fourth in the South African conference.

Western Province president Thelo Wakefield confirmed that there was an issue amongst the coaching staff.
