Cheika wields axe for clash against Wallabies
TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT: Argentina head coach Michael Cheika has revealed his team to face Australia in Round Two of the Rugby Championship in Sydney on Saturday.
The former Wallaby coach wielded the axe with four changes to his starting team, promoting former Sevens player Rodrigo Isgro for a debut on the wing.
Prop Francisco Gomez Kodela, flank Santiago Grondona and centre Jeronimo de la Fuente also come into the side.
Lucio Sordoni, Rodrigo Bruni, Matias Moroni and Sebastian Cancelliere are dropped.
Argentina started their Rugby Championship campaign with a 12-41 defeat to the All Blacks in Mendoza last weekend.
Australia, meanwhile, fell to a 12-43 defeat to South Africa in Pretoria.
