Alex Mitchell was named at scrumhalf in a surprise call by England coach Steve Borthwick.

Mitchell, 26, was a late inclusion in the England squad after Jack Van Poortvliet was ruled out with injury.

Meanwhile, Argentina hooker Agustín Creevy will play his fourth World Cup having been named on the bench, with fellow hooker Julian Montoya captaining the run-on XV.
