France suffers flyhalf setback

NEWS: Montpellier flyhalf Louis Carbonel has been ruled out of France’s South America tour with a hamstring injury.

Carbonel, 25, who won the last of his five caps in July 2021 has been replaced in the 42-man squad by Stade Francais’ Joris Segonds.

Fabien Galthie’s France play Argentina on July 6 and July 13 either side of a non-Test match against Uruguay on July 10.
