AUDIO: Speedster Toole's take on Boks' former Sevens stars
LISTEN as Wallaby debutant wing Corey Toole gave his opinion on facing former Sevens stalwarts such as Cheslin Kolbe and Kwagga Smith this weekend.
Toole earns his first cap after the injury to Dylan Pietsch, who suffered a broken jaw in the Wallabies’ historic 38-22 win at Ellis Park last weekend.
Although Toole never faced any of the former BlitzBoks during his stint with the Australian Sevens outfit, he takes a lot of confidence and inspiration from them as he will step onto the Cape Town Stadium for the first time in a Test match on Saturday.
The speedster who confirmed that his top speed over 100 metres is 10.2 seconds said that players such as Kolbe, Smith and Kurt-Lee Arendse, who are some of the game’s smaller players, inspire him to be a threat in the XV-a-side format.

“Definitely. They all started their rugby journeys by playing Sevens. I take a lot of confidence from that.
“And they’re also some of the smaller wingers, a bit like myself.
“Looking at those guys playing so well and being some of the best wingers in the world definitely gives me a lot of confidence going into this weekend.”
