Foley enjoying partnership with Cooper

Cooper recently returned to the Wallabies fold after being selected in the starting team to take on the All Blacks in Australia's second Bledisloe Cup match at the end of August, which they lost 9-29 in Wellington

Cooper has added a touch of class to the Wallabies attacking play in the three games which he has started in, since his return to the national team set-up and Foley was full of praise for the man on his inside.

"I think I enjoy playing with quality players and Quade's definitely one of those guys, his attacking ability is great," Foley told reporters in Johannesburg, where the Wallabies are preparing to take on the Springboks in Round Five of the Rugby Championship in Pretoria on Saturday.

Foley's natural position is flyhalf and he added that having two good decision makers playing alongside one another allows both players to express themselves on the field.

"I really enjoy playing alongside a guy like that and I think our ability to interchange in that first receiver and that playmaker role can allow the other player a bit more freedom to see the game a bit differently and hopefully ignite the rest of the team and mainly our outside backs," explained Foley.
