15 Willie le Roux:
A poor performance from the fullback. He failed to make a real impact on attack.

14 Cheslin Kolbe:
A few big hits on defence (he missed a few as well) and he actually knocked over a few defenders with ball in hand.

13 Jesse Kriel:
Maybe there are better centres in the Currie Cup at the moment. He was poor on attack and on defence.

12 André Esterhuizen:
He did a lot of good work on defence in that midfield channel and he was physical with ball in hand.

11 Aphiwe Dyantyi:
He had a great start with that intercept try and he was a constant threat out wide. However, a made a few poor decisions out wide as well.

10 Handré Pollard:
His accurate boot kept the scoreboard ticking over. He beat a few defenders with ball in hand and he set up Faf de Klerk’s try.

9 Francois de Klerk:
His kicking game was poor, but he provided his team with some quick service and he got a five-pointer. He gave away a few penalties as well

8 Sikhumbuzo Notshe:
He hid his fair share of work on defence and he had a few strong carries as well.

7 Pieter-Steph du Toit:
Another incredible shift on defence from the big guy. Some of the Aussie players will be in pain after that game. He was also a hard man to bring down with ball in hand.

6 Siyamthanda Kolisi (captain):
A great all-round game by the captain. He made his presence felt at the breakdowns and won a few turnovers. He also had a number of good carries with ball in hand.

5 Franco Mostert:
Most of his work was on defence in this game.

4 Eben Etzebeth:
A big presence in the mauls, both on attack and on defence. He stole a few line-out balls as well.

3 Frans Malherbe:
He went missing for large periods of the game.

2 Malcolm Marx:
He came to life in the second half and he was one of his team’s best defenders.

1 Tendai Mtawarira:
It wasn’t one of his best performances in the Bok jersey.
