Borthwick drops two for Fiji
SQUAD ANNOUNCEMENT: England head coach Steve Borthwick has named his 36-player squad for the forthcoming Test match against Fiji at Allianz Stadium on Saturday, November 8.
Although there are no injury concerns following the 25-7 win over Australia, Borthwick has still made changes to the squad.
The big news is that teen sensation Noah Caluori, along with Max Ojomoh, has been released to their clubs.
Caluori’s exit means that the 19-year-old will have to wait for his debut.
Meanwhile, Bath loosehead prop Beno Obano and uncapped Northampton Saints lock Tom Lockett have been drafted into the set-up.
Obano returns to the England squad and could earn his first cap since the 2024 Six Nations.
Elliot Daly, George Martin, and Jack van Poortvliet will continue their rehabilitation with the squad.
Meanwhile, Freddie Steward remains in the line-up despite a suspected hand issue.
