England call on Bath teenager

England coach Stuart Lancaster has called up Junior World Championship-winning fullback Anthony Watson ahead of the clash with Argentina at Twickenham this weekend.

The exciting Bath outside back was part of the England Under-20 team that won the Junior World Championships in France earlier this year and will get a chance to familiarise himself with the national squad.

Lancaster said: "We are bringing Anthony Watson into camp because we want to take a look at him in the same way that we have done in the past with others outside the Senior or Saxons squads such as Joe Launchbury.

"Anthony is a member of the U20 squad and is playing well for Bath so this is a good opportunity to give him a taste of this environment."

Watson has represented England at age-group level since he was U16, and starred in their Junior World Championship semifinal victory over New Zealand this year.

England squad: David Attwood, Dan Cole, Alex Corbisiero, Tom Johnson, Dylan Hartley, Matt Kvesic, Joe Launchbury, Courtney Lawes, Joe Marler, Ben Morgan, Geoff Parling, Chris Robshaw, Henry Thomas, Billy Vunipola, Mako Vunipola, Rob Webber, David Wilson, Tom Wood, Tom Youngs, Chris Ashton, Mike Brown, Freddie Burns, Luther Burrell, Danny Care, Lee Dickson, Kyle Eastmond, Owen Farrell, Toby Flood, Ben Foden, Alex Goode, Henry Trinder, Joel Tomkins, Billy Twelvetrees, Christian Wade, Anthony Watson, Marland Yarde, Ben Youngs.
