SQUAD UPDATE: England head coach Steve Borthwick has bolstered his squad ahead of their Six Nations Round Two clash against France at Twickenham Stadium.

Hooker Jamie Goerge has been added to the squad after missing his side’s 22-27 defeat to Ireland in Round One of the Six Nations.

The 34-year-old, who was replaced by Maro Itoje as captain, suffered a hamstring injury in Saracens’ Champions Cup defeat to Castres last month.

England will need all the help they can get against Fabien Galthié’s French side.

France started their campaign with a big 43-0 win over Wales at the Stade de France.
