Hooker Jamie Goerge has been added to the squad after missing his side’s 22-27 defeat to Ireland in Round One of the Six Nations.

The 34-year-old, who was replaced by Maro Itoje as captain, suffered a hamstring injury in Saracens’ Champions Cup defeat to Castres last month.

England will need all the help they can get against Fabien Galthié’s French side.

France started their campaign with a big 43-0 win over Wales at the Stade de France.
