REPORT: England star tasered and arrested after 'violent' behaviour

NEWS: England star Billy Vunipola was reportedly arrested in Majorca after displaying ‘violent’ behaviour in a pub over the weekend.

According to the Daily Mail, the 31-year-old had to be tasered twice by police following calls from security staff from the bar in the island capital Palma.

The UK publication obtained information from local reports revealing that Vunipola was threatening employees and customers with bottles and chairs after taking off his shirt.

The England star was only subdued and handcuffed after a second taser volt from police.

The report stated that Vunipola was taken to a nearby hospital where he had to be sedated and bound to his bed.

Police officers had to watch over him until the medication did its job.

Vunipola appeared in court on Sunday and was released on bail pending an ongoing investigation.
