Clermont flyhalf out for six weeks

Lopez sustained the injuries in a clash of heads during Clermont's 45-12 league victory over Grenoble at the weekend.

The 26-year-old will undergo an operation in the coming days after examinations over the weekend confirmed "multiple fractures to the orbital floor and cheekbone", ruling the playmaker out until the end of April.

Australian Brock James and Patricio Fernandez will now vie for the starting No.10 slot.
