O'Gara extends Racing contract

O'Gara, now the kicking coach at the Parisians whose job is to advise New Zealand legend Dan Carter, joined Racing in 2013 when he retired from playing.

He initially coached former Ireland team-mate Jonathan Sexton, who replaced him as the first choice fly-half in the national green jersey, during his first two seasons at Racing before Carter replaced the departing Irish international at the start of this season in the crucial half-back role.

O'Gara, 39, scored 1,083 points in 128 Ireland internationals and was a member of three British and Irish Lions tours.
