One-club player extends Clermont contract

NEWS: France flank Alexandre Lapandry has extended his contract with Clermont by three years to 2023, the Top 14 giants announced Friday.

The 30-year-old Lapandry, capped 13 times by France, came through the club’s youth set-up, making his first-team debut back in the 2008-09 season.

He has gone on to rack up 257 matches for Clermont, including 53 in European competition, and was a key part to the sides that won the Top 14 in 2010 and 2017, as well as the European Challenge Cup in 2019.
