Heaslip back with Ireland
Ireland No.8 Jamie Heaslip has been named in their squad for the final two matches of the Six Nations as he recovers from injury.
Heaslip missed the Round Three game against England with a back injury caused by Pascal Papé of France.
Dan Tuohy has also been called into Ireland’s 36-man training squad for the final two rounds.
The 29-year-old Ulster lock has not featured for his country since last year’s victory over Wales, where he suffered a fractured arm just minutes after being introduced as a replacement.
Tuohy also missed the November internationals after breaking his arm for a second time, and had another setback in January when he damaged thumb ligaments.
The former Gloucester and Exeter forward is fit and firing again however, having returned to action in Ulster’s win over the Scarlets on February 27.
As well as Tuohy, Leinster props Michael Bent and Tadhg Furlong have also been called up by Joe Schimdt ahead of Saturday’s trip to the Millennium Stadium, but there is no place for experienced centre Gordon D’Arcy or provincial teammates Fergus McFadden and Rhys Ruddock.
