Prop Oli Jager has joined the squad and Thomas Ahern has also linked up with Andy Farrell‘s side at the IRFU High Performance Centre this week.

Iain Henderson picked up a foot injury during Ulster’s URC game away to Ospreys on Sunday and there will be a further update later in the week.

Meanwhile, Hugo Keenan has been included in the squad despite being doubtful with a knee problem.

The Irish are currently leading the standings with 10 points from their two games.

They opened their campaign with a 38-17 win over France in Marseille before recording a 36-0 win over Italy in Dublin.

Ireland head coach Andy Farrell will name his matchday 23 on Thursday.
