Italy flyhalf out for three months

Italy's New Zealand-born flyhalf Kelly Haimona has undergone an operation on his fractured right radius and is expected to be out of action for three months.

Haimona, who plays for Italian club Zebre in the Pro12 competition, suffered the injury in Italy's 20-61 defeat by Wales on Saturday in the teams' final match of the 2015 Six Nations.
