The Japanese outfit has already signed Cheetahs duo Carl Wegner and Clinton Swart.

Lionel Cronjé, Gio Aplon, Ruan Smith and Jason Jenkins are the other South Africans who are at the Japanese club.

While he was the head coach at French club Montpellier, White also relied heavily on South African players to bring him success.

The likes of the Du Plessis brothers, Jannie and Bismarck, as well Schalk van der Merwe, Demetri Catrakilis, Jacques du Plessis, Cameron Wright, Wiaan Liebenberg, Paul Willemse and Francois all played under White at Montpellier.

According to OFM, Hugo and Swart are set to return to the Cheetahs to compete in the next season of Pro14, while it is expected Wegner will not be returning to Bloemfontein.

It is believed Uzair Cassiem has already signed for French club Toulon, while prop Tom Botha is also linked with a move to Europe.
