Sharks heading to France

There are two games lined-up for the tour with a visit to Stade Mayol first up to take on two-time European champs Toulon on Friday, February 5 before they face Toulouse on Thursday, February 11.

The Sharks believe that these matches against two of the best European clubs in recent times marks an ideal opportunity to fine tune their preparation for Super Rugby. 

Gary Gold, Sharks Director of Rugby said: "We are excited about our pre-season tour to France. The quality of the opposition we will be facing will ensure that we get the necessary preparation we require ahead of the start of our Super Rugby campaign. 

"Our players will also enjoy the challenge presented by the full strength Toulon and Toulouse teams and it is sure to be a fantastic rugby occasion for those two matches."
