Player ratings: Youngsters shine

A fantastic first half performance by many of the second stringers set up a comfortable 58-14 victory for the All Blacks

Andrew Howitt rates the New Zealand players!

15 Colin Slade: Player ratings: Youngsters shine

Had a fairly solid game. Provided a try assist for Victor Vito.

14 Nehe Milner-Skudder

Had an extremely impressive first half , he busted a lot of tackles along with scored two tries. An impressive performance by the youngster

13 Malakai Fekitoa

Scored a try from Sonny Bill Williams offload, often isolated himself in play. A fairly average performance by the centre.

12 Sonny Bill Williams

Had a great game, broke the Namibian line numerous times along with putting team mates into gaps from his fantastic offloads.

11 Julian Savea

Scored two tries but he did not have the greatest of games. He fumbled the ball a couple times. I expected a better performance.

10 Beauden Barrett

Had a great game , his kicking was fairly average but ball in hand play which resulted in a fantastic try was special.

9 TJ Perenara

Fairly quiet, threw a couple loose passes. It wasnt TJ Perenaras best game.

8 Victor Vito

Started the game like a house on fire with some great line-out takes and also scored a try. He kind of faded as the game went on though.

7 Sam Cane

High work rate as per usual. Did not do much with the ball in hand. None the less, a solid game from the flank.

6 Jerome Kaino

Did not do much besides clean out at the rucks.

5 Samuel Whitelock

An extremely average game from the big man, did not do much besides assist at cleaning out at the rucks.

4 Luke Romano

Involved a lot, had plenty of runs, some decent tackles and had a solid game.

3 Charlie Faumuina

Absolutely dominated the Namibians at scrumtime along with had a couple decent runs. Good performance

2 Codie Taylor

The hooker had a fantastic game, he threw well at the lineout, ran well when he had the ball and thoughroughly deserved to score a try also

1 Ben Franks

Again, the Props were great. They absolutely dominated Namibia up front. A solid game by Ben Franks.

16 Kevin Mealamu:

Not used.

17 Wyatt Crocket (on for Faumuina, 63 mins)

Slotted in the front row which saw New Zealand continue to dominate in the front row, not much more.

18 Tony Woodcock:

Not used.

19 Kieran Read (On for Whitelock , 55 mins)

Slotted in well in the lock position and got involved at the lineouts along with ball in hand. Read also provided a try assist for Ben Smith

20 Richie Mccaw (On for Kaino, 65 mins):

Not enough time to be rated

21 Tawera Kerr-Barlow (On for Perenara, 48 mins)

Kerr-Barlow had a fairly decent game. He passed well from the base and had a couple decent runs. Solid performance

22 Ma'a Nonu (On for Williams, 62 mins):

Did not do much, besides one run which broke the line. Considering opportunities I will give him a average score.

23 Ben Smith (On for Slade, 55 mins)

Solid game by Mr reliable, Smith scored a try also. Did nothing fantastic but had a solid reliable performance
