Rassie sends Boks to bolster Bulls for All Blacks clash
TEAM UPDATE: The Bulls have received reinforcements for their showdown against the All Blacks in Pretoria.
Having been released to get more game time ahead of Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry series, Springboks Elrigh Louw and Johan Grobbelaar have been drafted into the Bulls’ squad.
They will play off the bench as they have had just a single training session with the team after travelling back from Argentina.
“It’s great to have them with us, and we’re looking forward to the challenge,” said Bulls head coach Johan Ackermann
Grobbelaar’s inclusion means Jaundre Schoeman drops out of the matchday squad, while Louw takes Mpilo Gumede’s spot on the bench.
