World Rugby reveals full list of referees for Greatest Rivalry series

NEWS: World Rugby has confirmed the Match Official appointments for Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry series.

ADVERTISEMENT

Matthew Carley (England), Nika Amashukeli (Georgia) and Angus Gardner (Australia) will referee the first three Tests of the series between the Springboks and New Zealand in South Africa, which take place on 22 and 29 August and 5 September.

Karl Dickson (England) will then take charge of the fourth Test in Baltimore, USA, on 12 September, with the quartet to also officiate the other four matches on the tour against the Stormers, Sharks, Bulls and Lions.

Meanwhile, Pierre Brousset from France will be the man in charge when the Springboks take on Argentina in Buenos Aires on Saturday.

Italy’s Andrea Piardi will get the whistle when the Wallabies face the Boks on September 27.
