Lee must wait for his fate

Samson Lee's fate will only be decided mid-week after the prop was cited for an alleged head-butt

Lee was pulled up by Commissioner James Absaloms of Kenya for striking lock Flip van der Merwe with his head in the 15th minute of the second half of the Test between Wales and South Africa in Nelspruit on Saturday

Judicial Officer, Christopher Quinlan, has deferred his verdict, which was expected today.

Lee was brought on early off the bench in the first test when centurion Adam Jones had to leave the park after struggling with Gurthro Steenkamp.

He was subsequently promoted to the starting line-up for the final test in Nelspruit.
