Scott Robertson snaps up discarded Springbok stars
NEWS: The Barbarians have added a couple of Springboks to their squad ahead of Saturday’s clash with Wales at Allianz Stadium.
On Sunday, the club revealed that double Rugby World Cup winners Faf de Klerk and Vincent Koch will join Scott Robertson’s squad in London.
The South African duo were left out of Rassie Erasmus’ 46-man squad for the upcoming Nations Championship.

De Klerk came off the bench and scored a try for the world champions in their 80-31 victory over the Barbarians at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.

“It’s great to add Faf and Vincent for the Wales week,” said Robertson.
“They are both great players with heaps of quality and experience, but most importantly, they are good men who will embrace all of the values the Barbarians stand for.
“There are a number of players coming in this week, and we will enjoy each other’s company before we have a crack at Wales at Twickenham.”
Meanwhile, Australia international Lukhan Salakaia-Loto was also added to the squad list.
The second row enforcer starred for Queensland Reds during the recent Super Rugby season.
