VIDEO: How Libbok is 'perfecting' his game
WATCH as Springbok flyhalf Manie Libbok speaks about his improved goal-kicking display against the Barbarians.
Libbok was faultless with his goal-kicking a fortnight ago against the Barbarians in Cape Town, slotting five kicks from as many attempts.
The former Stormers playmaker suffered plenty of scrutiny from the general public for his inconsistent display from the kicking tee, but it would appear after the match against the BaaBaas that it could be an issue of the past.
Libbok will have another chance to back his performance up when the Boks face Italy in the second of two Tests in Gqeberha this Saturday.
The 27-year-old said he worked hard on his goal-kicking, and he hopes to keep that momentum going into this weekend’s match.

“First and foremost, goal kicking is one area of my game I work very hard on to get right in the past few months and even in the United Rugby Championship as well.
“I’m just happy that I got it right against the Barbarians.
“Currently, my focus is to build on that performance and try to do my best to get it right [his goal kicking] going into this Test match.
“It’s a continuous process of making progress and working on it.
“I had a very good week so far at training kicking at poles, so I hope I can build on my performance I had against the Barbarians.”
