VIDEO: 'I know I am not that great'
The significance and magnitude of the award did not escape Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu.
The 23-year-old superstar, just named the MyPlayers Players’ Player of the Year, said getting a ‘pat of the back’, from the people in the same industry, means everything.
Feinberg-Mngomezulu was named 15-a-side Players’ Player of the Year, with Donavan Don MyPlayers’ Sevens star and Byrhandré Dolf the women’s player of the year.

And the scary thing is that he feels he can be so much better.
The grounded and congenial flyhalf, who can also play centre and fullback, fronted up to the media and thanked his peers for giving him the award.
“They understand what it takes to improve your game,” the 19-times capped Springbok said.
“They [the players] are the guys we respected the most, and they understand what goes into it [playing the game].”
Asked by @rugby365com about his meteoric rise, he admitted it will plateau at some stage.
“My challenge is to trust the process and understand it is not always this Elon Musk’s rocket ship,” he quipped.
“It won’t be a good day every day.
“When I look at a game, the 11 that I played, I don’t see what the public sees.
“I just see the faults and the errors of my game.
“Just understanding that you are not the finished product.
“From a performance view, it is up and down.
“My challenge is to understand and know that.”
He said he will stay ‘present in the group’ and ‘humble’.

Feinberg-Mngomezulu admitted his best learnings (lessons) are in training, with the help of teammates like Handre Pollard and Manie Libbok.
“I am seeing the repetitions guys like Manie and Handre are getting, and they are often better than mine.
“Their execution may be more consistent than mine, and that is where the thing of ‘keeping my feet on the ground’ naturally implements itself.
“I know I am not that great, like everyone else seems to think.
“I am far from the finished product.
“There are guys that a lot of things better than me.
“It helps me evolve.
“Having Manie and Handre around you is the craziest place in town.”
