WATCH as @Springboks coach @RassieRugby shares some great footage of his assistant Daan Human working with the team’s front row forwards.
Asenathi Ntlabakanye and Jan-Hendrik Wessels were put through their paces in one-on-one sessions at Human’s Free State farm.
While it included some traditional ‘farm’ exercises, the Bok scrum mentor also has a well-equipped gymnasium and some avant-garde methods.
It is clear why South Africa will remain one of the most feared scrumming units in the world.
