Spies speaks about his incredible story which has taken him from a close shave with death in 2006 and missing out on the world cup in 2007 to fighting back and becoming a legend and being the main clog in destroying the Lions in 2009.

He also speaks about his struggles on and off the field, which have led him to be a Minister in the Christian church in SA.

Most importantly he reveals his secrets on how he became such a freak athlete – 194 centimetres and 112 kilograms.

He also ran the 100 metres in just 10.7 seconds.

He was truly a once-in-a-lifetime athlete!
