Wales, who will face England in World Cup Pool A at Twickenham on September 26, headed to the Aspire Sports Centre last week.

"It's been pretty savage by anyone's standards. For the boys who were here from the last World Cup and are preparing for this one, it's been a hell of a step up.
"The heat is a stimulus, which is horrendous for the bigger guys, trying to run in it is horrendous.
"It's the hardest thing I've ever had to do pre-season wise. I've been to places no man should be in on his own – I've seen gremlins and different things when I've been running, but that is pre-season," North said.
