Rugby With Reynecke: Brendan Venter on Bok coach's job

In the video – which was recorded before Venter accepted a position with the Italian federation – he reveals that he was approached by Allister Coetzee to join his Bok coaching panel.

However, it seems the South African Rugby Union dragged its feet and Venter moved on.

The question remains, will the Springboks coach – be that Coetzee or somebody else – be empowered to build a culture similar to that which made Venter successful before and now overflows into teams like England.
