Battered Kings holding up
The Southern Kings will go into their preparations for their game against the Cheetahs with no major injury concerns.
They came out of a bruising encouhter with the Bulls on Saturday with a clean bill of health besides a number of niggles picked up on the field.
Director of Rugby, Alan Solomons, said aside from the usual bumps and bruises following the game against the Bulls, the team were looking good.
"Sergeal Petersen, who missed last week’s game following a slight groin strain, is getting treatment and is doing well and will be available for selection," he said.
The coaching staff would have been sweating over Demetri Catrakilis who took a knock during the game, the flyhalf has been crucial to their success this season.
He took a slight knock to the arm during the match, was also fine, said Solomons.
"Demetri received a bit of a stinger during the game, where his arm went a bit numb, but he is fine," he said.
