Referees for Europe's semis
European Professional Club Rugby has announced the referees for the semifinals of their Champions Cup and Challenge Cup this weekend.
George Clancy of Ireland and Wayne Barnes of England have been appointed to the Champions Cup and JP Doyle of England and John Lacey of Ireland to the Challenge Cup. All four of the referees have been appointed to the 2015 World Cup.
All of the six EPCR countries are amongst the other match officials.
Of the eight clubs in the semifinals three are from England two from France and one each from Ireland, Wales and Scotland. Where English teams are involved, the referees are from Ireland, the other matches from England.
The titleholders, Toulon, are in a semifinal again.
Both Finals will be in Twickenham – the Challenge Cup at The Twickenham Stoop on 1 May 2015, the Cup Final at Twickenham on 2 May 2015.
