SA Refs' Panels for 2011
The South African Referees’ Association has announced the names of the various panels of referees. There are no changes to the National Panel.
Marius van der Westhuizen is new to the Provincial Panel while Bongani Maloni and Pieter de Villiers are no longer there.
Kim Smit, the Test referee, has retired and is no longer on the Women’s Panel.
