Springboks Head of Athletic Performance, Aled Walters shares how much of a fine line there is between keeping players fresh but also ensuring they have enough match time to remain fit and “battle hardened”.

Walters is an advocate for players needing to play to maintain their fitness but is well-aware that there is a fine line between that and ensuring players are not overworked.
